Kindred Hospital Seattle – First Hill, part of ScionHealth, seeks a nurse leader to supervise the nursing staff and assess patient needs. You will plan and organize training for unit staff and participate in guidance and educational programs.

The role requires an RN license, nursing degree, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with strong time management and confidentiality. Pay range is $51.28–$65.64 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license.
• Two years of nursing experience in a hospital.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates designated nursing staff; assigns duties and coordinates nursing services.
• Develops nursing protocol and procedures.
• Provides continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
• Assess patient needs; participate in providing nursing care and document appropriately.
• Maintain patient health care records.
• Maintain supply inventory records; order supplies/equipment as necessary.
