Shift: Evening, Per Diem

Pay Range: $54.51 – $70.87 per hour (NJ)

Qualifications

• Required:
• BSN required
• Minimum one year of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• BLS and ACLS AHA certification
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Preferred:
• 2–3 years of acute care experience preferred

Essential Functions

• The Registered Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, upholding the ANA Code of Ethics.
• The Registered Nurse ensures safety in practice, incorporates evidence‑based practice, and advances knowledge through communication with resource persons and programs.
• The Registered Nurse reports identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
• The Registered Nurse understands the patient population served.
• The Registered Nurse supervises and delegates tasks to appropriate team members, collaborating with other patient care providers.
• The Registered Nurse sets and evaluates priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement.
• The Registered Nurse acts as an individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, integrating all aspects of care and individualizing the plan of care to address specific patient needs.
