Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications to residents under the direction of an RN/LPN.
• Supervise resident self-administration or provide medication reminders.
• Access the MAR to verify correct person, drug, dose, route, and time.
• Document vital signs, interventions, or other pertinent data related to medication administration.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Report any issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting).
• Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and adherence to policies.

Job Type & Schedule

Available positions include a Full‑time Evening Shift (PM) and Casual/PRN All Shifts.

Shift Details

• Full‑Time Evening Shift – 8‑hour shifts, every other weekend rotation.
• Casual/PRN All Shifts – flexible schedule to meet your needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21.50–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
