Job summary

Western Governors University—Indianapolis campus seeks a Simulation Technician to set up and operate high-fidelity nursing simulations on-site. You will configure scenarios, manage recording systems, and support instructors and students throughout pre- and post-simulation activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring safety during labs. A high school diploma and 3 years of related experience are preferred, with a flexible schedule and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with simulation labs and patient manikins preferred.
• Proficiency with PC/MAC and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain simulation equipment for nursing scenarios.
• Program patient scenarios and manage recording and AV systems.
• Assist with lab operations and inventory management.
• Orient students and faculty to the simulation environment.
• Provide safety oversight and feedback during debriefs.
