Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State Nursing Licensure in Ohio.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications required within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing staff and resolve professional and supervisory issues.
• Assist Department Director with data collection, analysis, and performance improvement projects.
• Develop and coordinate educational plans for competency validation; facilitate orientation and staff development.
• Serve as educational consultant for policy, procedure, and program development; supervise nurses and related staff.
