Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Scheduling experience is preferred.
• One to two years’ experience in long-term care and knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing census and provide to Floor Secretaries by 4pm for next day’s posting.
• Audit and correct Resident/Nurse/CNA hour/census postings per DHEC.
• Ensure RN coverage for PBJ and notify VP of Operations and DON for days without RN onsite.
• Complete schedules for CNAs and Nurses of the HRC and post on units.
• Process payroll timesheets for HRC Nurses and CNAs by 10am on payroll Monday.
• Manage monthly charge sheets and billing to accounts payable.
• Stock and organize supply rooms and ensure proper expiration dates.
• Order medical and resident supplies and maintain par levels.
• Check medication rooms for expired supplies and manage inventory.
• COVID-19 testing for residents and staff per CMS/DHEC requirements.
