Leland is seeking an experienced nursing school admissions coach to guide students through selecting programs, crafting competitive applications, and planning their paths to nursing school.

You will edit essays and secondary applications, coordinate letters of recommendation, and advise on specialization aligned with clinical interests, while helping with resumes, interviews, rotations, licensing, NCLEX prep, and financial aid options.

We're seeking an experienced nursing school admissions coach to work with students preparing to apply to nursing programs. This role includes guiding students through school selection and application strategy, editing essays and secondary applications, coordinating letters of recommendation, and helping students choose a specialization that aligns with their clinical interests and career goals. Coaches also support students with resume editing, interview prep, and guidance on clinical rotations, licensing, and NCLEX exam preparation, as well as navigating financial aid and scholarships to fund their education. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with the nursing school admissions process, prior advising or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
