Henderson Group Recruiting is seeking RN and LPN candidates for a top Montana hospital in Miles City. Nurses will join a progressive rural healthcare organization with opportunities for growth and cross-area experience.

RN positions pay $31.63–$49.88 per hour depending on experience, with 12-hour shifts, day or night rotations, and full benefits. LPN positions pay $25.63–$38.45 per hour, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• MT RN license required.
• MT LPN license required; IV certification preferred or eligible.
• BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• The nurse will work in all areas of the nursing unit including ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care and Behavioral Health.
• Nurses are trained to work med/surg and transitional care as a baseline and then may work in other areas.

Title: Nursing / RN and LPN

What they’re looking for:

• RN license in MT required for Nurses.
• LPN license in MT and prefer IV certification or eligible for LPN's.
• BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Hours and compensation potential:

• RN's in the acute care area work 12hr shifts, 6 weeks days/6 weeks of nights(7am-7pm)(7pm-7am).
• RN's in the LTC work 12hr shifts and work either days or nights(5:45am-6:15pm or 5:45pm-6:15am).
• The range is $25.63hr-$38.45hr for LPN's depends on experience and the range is $31.63hr-$49.88hr for RN's depending on experience(23+ years would be $49.88hr for example) plus full benefits and some relocation offered.

What you’ll be doing:

• The nurse will work in all areas of nursing unit which include: ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health.
• Nurses are all trained to work med/surg and the transitional care unit as a baseline and then get to work the other areas.
