Abercorn Rehab is seeking a Clinical Resources Coordinator to support nursing leadership by recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling staff, while ensuring CNAs are licensed and compliant.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and HR to communicate benefits, tour the facility, and help build a supportive, efficient team focused on quality patient care and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assisting nursing management with recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling of staff.
