Qualifications

• Attend skill labs and structured in-person classroom and virtual lectures.
• Synthesize components of assessment focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
• Submit reflections on experiences.
• Create a safe patient environment by learning principles of a high reliability organization.
• Collaborate with managers, mentors, and clinical team members to establish professional standards.
• Develop critical thinking skills for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Acquire knowledge and competency in completing assigned treatments and procedures.
• Learn to collaborate and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Report patient care problems to management in a timely manner.

Requirements
