Qualifications

• Education: ADN is required; BSN is preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• No prior nursing experience is required; candidates with >12 months of experience are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Attend all quality and core curriculum classes and actively participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups.
• Work under the supervision of the Clinical Education Team to refine nursing knowledge and skills and complete clinical competencies.
• Assist in patient care activities under direct supervision of a licensed RN and adhere to all policy and procedure requirements.
• Document patient care and observations, participate in discharge teaching, and support unit operations as part of the Nurse Residency program.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing

Graduate of accredited nursing program approved by State Board of Nursing

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
