The Nursing Quality and Education Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Indianapolis area, responsible for leading nursing quality initiatives and educational programs across the organization. This role oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education for nursing staff, including orientation, ongoing competency training, and professional development activities. The manager monitors nursing quality metrics, audits clinical practices, and collaborates with leadership to create and update policies, protocols, and evidence-based standards of care. Daily responsibilities include coaching and mentoring nurses, conducting in-services and workshops, analyzing quality data, and coordinating corrective action plans to address performance gaps. The role works closely with interdisciplinary teams to support regulatory compliance, patient safety initiatives, and continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
