Job summary

Denver Health's Westside Adult Medical Clinic is seeking a Nursing Program Manager to lead professional nursing and support care teams across ambulatory settings. Under minimal supervision, you will apply evidence-based practices and ANA standards to drive safety, quality, and patient-centered care.

You will oversee staff management, recruitment, records, scheduling and policy development, collaborating with ACNO/Director to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 4–6 years of nursing experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• BLS/CPR and RN license required per DORA.
• Knowledge of ANA standards and patient safety best practices.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Staff management, education, onboarding (25%).
