Florida SouthWestern State College is seeking a Program and Clinical Coordinator for the School of Nursing on the Charlotte campus. The role provides campus leadership for the ASN program, coordinating clinical and simulation scheduling, and staffing open labs across campuses.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Nursing, active RN license, and at least five years of related experience; travel to Lee, Charlotte, Collier and Hendry counties is required.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in good standing.
• Five years of related clinical and professional experience.
• Ability to travel to all FSW campuses as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASN program coordination on campus and with the Program Director.
• Schedule clinical rotations and simulation labs; manage labs staffing.
• Oversee campus operations to support faculty, staff and students.
