METHODIST MANSFIELD MEDICAL CENTER seeks a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Specialist – Clinical Educator for Women and Children Services. The role supports lifelong learning in an inter-professional clinical environment and focuses on bridging knowledge, skills, and practice gaps through education design.

Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, Texas RN license, and AHA BLS. NPD certification within two years and 3+ years of clinical nursing with adult education theory are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator within two years of start date.
• Clinical certification preferred.

Your Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification
• NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator within two years of start date
• Clinical certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical nursing practice and application of adult education theory in a hospital and/or School of Nursing
