Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Generalist to support lifelong learning and inter-professional practice in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires a BSN, Texas RN license, and AHA BLS certification, with NPD certification preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of clinical nursing experience and experience applying adult education theory in hospital or school settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification.
• NPD Certification or Certified Nurse Educator preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in clinical nursing practice and application of adult education theory in a hospital and/or School of Nursing.
