Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS CPR certification required.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor certification (or within 9 months of hire).
• Completion of DHSS Approved Clinical Supervisor Course (or within 6 months of hire).
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory and nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee education, clinical competency, and professional practice standards.
• Promote excellence in patient care through staff development.
• Maintain an active clinical presence and may provide direct bedside nursing care.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff.
