Responsibilities

• Translates hospital goals into operational practice.
• Collaborates with department director to set long- and short-term goals.
• Develops processes to measure quality of service and collect data.
• Oversees budgeting, staffing and inventory within department constraints.
• Reviews financial reports with the director as needed.
• Maintains awareness of budget, supplies, and equipment usage.
• Coaches staff to sustain productivity and service levels.
• Partners with staff and other departments to achieve productivity goals.
