What You'll Do

• Serve as administration on-site and as a responsible agent for immediate response, resolution, or referral.
• Initiate, prioritize, and resolve situations impacting patient care delivery and safety.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services in a unit.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient health service delivery.
• Monitor and adhere to the annual hospital operating budget.
• Approve or monitor expenditures and purchases to ensure budget compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Experience

• 2-3 years in acute care required
• 1 year in a management role preferred

Licenses & Certifications
