CHI Health Immanuel in North Omaha is seeking a Nursing Manager for our Spine Hospital to lead and empower our nursing team toward exceptional, patient-centered care.

You will mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, advocate for patient and staff needs, and drive professional development and unit performance.

A strong leader with excellent communication will navigate challenges, foster teamwork, and ensure staffing and safety align with hospital commitments.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Active Nebraska RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred master's degree and 5+ years in management.
• Experience in inpatient/outpatient nursing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee clinical operations and staffing to meet patient and hospital needs.
• Lead performance management with goal setting and feedback.
• Drive quality initiatives, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to standardize services and improve engagement.
