Job summary

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with current license, BSN, and have at least two years of supervisory/management experience plus ACLS; BLS required on hire. Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid RN license in the state.
• BLS (AHA) certification required on hire.
• ACLS (AHA) certification required on hire.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in acute care.
• BSN degree required for all hires after 1/11/2021.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility for Med/Surg - Telemetry nursing services.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of patient care and performance improvement.
• Supervises unit personnel and ensures effective utilization of staff and resources.
• Communicates with staff, physicians, and administration in written and verbal form.
