Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program.
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program.
• 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice.
• Communicates effectively with the care team, including handoffs and bedside shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills under the guidance of an RN.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment to meet safety standards.
• Assists with basic equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge.
• Performs hourly rounding and engages with patients to support healing.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and timely.
• Upholds excellent customer service with patients, families, and departments.
