Job summary

College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to teach at least 15 instructional units per semester across online and in-class formats, including skills labs and clinicals. Maintain licensure, participate in curriculum development, and support student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an unencumbered NV RN license and an iCNA license, with preferred MSN/Doctorate and CNE credentials.

Qualifications

• iCNA license is required.
• Un-encumbered NV RN license is required.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screens, and vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Teach at least 15 instructional units per semester across online and in-class lectures, skills labs, and clinicals/practicums.
• Maintain regular office hours and licensure/certifications.
• Contribute to curriculum/syllabi development and assess student mastery of outcomes.
• Serve on program/department/college-wide committees and participate in meetings.
