Jersey College in New Jersey invites experienced Registered Nurses with an MSN or higher to join our Nursing Instructor team. The role delivers classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students, fostering a positive learning environment.

The instructor will evaluate student performance, maintain records, and collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure high standards of nursing education and student success.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state required.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence based on program standards.
• Prepare accurate and timely student progress reports and grade reports.
