Qualifications

• Four years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Experience in nursing education or didactic instruction preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development and program assessment preferred.
• Active RN license in Tennessee; BLS certification; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic instruction for a minimum of 16 courses per year.
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports engagement and retention.
• Assist with curriculum development and program reviews, including NCLEX follow‑up.
• Provide individualized student support for academic progress and professional development.
• Oversee didactic instructors and mentor new adjunct faculty.
• Ensure classroom readiness by managing supplies and instructional tools.
• Participate in PAC meetings and annual college gatherings.
• Maintain documentation and records in line with accreditation standards.
• Monitor student retention and promote inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with Nursing leadership to ensure program quality.
