Rasmussen University seeks Nursing Faculty for its Minnesota and North Dakota campus locations. The university builds a bench for Nursing programs and invites qualified candidates for future full-time or adjunct positions. Instructors deliver courses across modalities and support student growth.

Full-time instructors typically teach 4.5–5.5 work units per quarter, while adjuncts teach 1–2 units. Opportunities span on-campus and off-site clinical settings with ongoing training and support.

Formación

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) is required for all Full-Time roles.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) may be acceptable in certain locations for Part-Time/Adjunct roles.
• Active RN license that has never been encumbered
• Active CPR certification administered by the American Heart Association or The American Red Cross
• 1-year clinical experience as an RN required, 2+ years preferred
• Teaching/training experience preferred
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Proof of professional licenses/certifications and official transcripts required

Responsabilidades

• Teach nursing courses in various modalities while supporting Rasmussen University's mission.
• Full-Time instructors teach 4.5-5.5 work units per quarter (full-time schedule).
• Adjunct instructors teach 1-2 work units per quarter, on campus or at off-site clinical locations.
