Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in nursing is preferred for advancement.
• Prior teaching experience is required; two years of full-time clinical teaching experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in NM or compact state; or other healthcare license/certificate.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical practicum across ADN and RN‑BSN programs.
• Coordinate pre-placement requirements and maintain records.
• Liaise with clinical sites and nurse educators; establish new partnerships.
• Teach 3–4 contact hours per semester.
• Attend faculty meetings and maintain regular office hours.
