We are seeking an experienced AGACNP Subject Matter Expert to support the review, update, and alignment of exam-prep question items for Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) certification exams. The SME will ensure content accuracy, clinical relevance, and alignment with current AGACNP exam blueprints and acute care practice standards.

Mandatory Qualifications

• MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing with AGACNP focus
• Active AGACNP certification (AGACNP-BC or ACNPC-AG)
• Active U.S. RN and NP/APRN license
• 3–5+ years post-certification experience as an AGACNP

Required Clinical Experience

• Primary practice in inpatient acute care settings (ICU, step-down, hospitalist, or acute specialties)
• Experience managing adult and geriatric patients
• Demonstrated ability in acute diagnosis, treatment, and pharmacologic management

Preferred (Strong Plus)

• ICU or high-acuity background
• Teaching, precepting, or exam-prep experience (APEA or similar)
• Familiarity with ANCC/AACN AGACNP exam blueprints or item review
