Job summary

MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead our multidisciplinary treatment team and oversee nursing operations. You will coordinate patient care, manage staff scheduling and act as the liaison among patients, families and physicians.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, behavioral health expertise and crisis intervention. Massachusetts RN license required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment modalities.
• Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Previous experience in psychiatric or substance inpatient settings; restraint reduction, de-escalation and crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative responsibility for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison between staff, patients and families, and between staff and physicians.
• Ensure coverage of the Nursing Department, other hospital departments and the hospital during designated shifts.

As a Nursing Supervisor for MiraVista in Holyoke, Massachusetts you’ll bring your experience and knowledge as a registered nurse (RN) where your voice matters. A Nursing Supervisor, who is a registered nurse (RN), plays an integral leadership role in our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will act as an interface between our team members, our patients, and their families, and make decisions that impact the lives of our team, our patients, and our community. As the Nursing Supervisor, you will have administrative responsibility for managing staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for coverage of the Nursing Department, other hospital departments, and the hospital in general during designated shifts.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

Pay Range

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.

$45.00 - $60.56
