Children's Hospital Colorado in Colorado Springs seeks a part-time House Supervisor to oversee operations across the hospital facility. You will support leaders, coordinate staffing, and ensure safe, efficient patient flow while maintaining communication with departments and executives.
The role requires a BSN and four years of pediatric clinical nursing experience, with RN licensure and FEMA coursework within six months.
The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for the operations and supervision of a designated facility accepting the full scope of responsibility delegated by senior leadership/site leadership. The House Supervisor provides oversight, leadership and direction to staff and leaders across the organization through communication, decision making, and effective management of operations to include material resources and staffing.

Shift: will need to cover both dayshift and nightshift as needed
Education: Bachelor Science Nursing (BSN) degree required.
Experience: Four (4) years of clinical nursing experience required. Pediatric clinical skill/knowledge required.

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $48.47 to $72.70
