Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty practice located in Brooklyn, NY. The position is available as full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 3 days per week.

The role involves providing high-quality care to patients in nursing homes, performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Must hold an MSN, NY NP license with board certification, and have at least 6 months of NP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Active New York State NP license and Board Certification.
• At least 6 months of NP experience.
• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing home settings.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and comply with policies.
