Supportive Care is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join a nursing home in Far Rockaway, NY for a part-time role (1 day per week) with flexible scheduling. You will deliver psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy, document care accurately, and implement individualized therapy plans to support residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one licensed mental health credential.
