Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a campus in the upper Midwest. The role focuses on resident services, risk management, documentation, and overall financial performance, with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality improvements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, with licensing as a Nursing Home Administrator as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, in healthcare administration with business/Human Resources coursework.
• Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice.
• Location will determine experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages Resident Service: communicates with families and staff, ensures resident needs are met and provides clear marketing/communication for all service levels.
• Manages Risk: oversees infection prevention, safety culture, HIPAA compliance, and QAPI program with monthly committee support.
• Manages Communication and Documentation: ensures timely reporting, clear written and oral communication, follows chain of command.
• Manages Financial and operational objectives: oversees campus operations with department teams and consultants.
