Job summary

Chautauqua Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a hands-on Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility team in Owensboro, KY. The administrator will oversee finance, clinical care, resident satisfaction and all operations, while promoting a positive culture aligned with the center’s values.

The role requires a state-licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 2 years of long-term care leadership experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
State-licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting as an Administrator or Executive Director.
Able to perform budget analysis and variance reporting.
Working knowledge of federal and state laws.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee finances, clinical operations, resident satisfaction and overall facility operations.
Monitor staff engagement and maintain a positive culture aligned with the facility values.
Lead development and execution of short- and long-term strategic plans.
Manage annual budget, P&L analysis and regulatory compliance.
Recruit, hire and develop staff; monitor productivity and performance.
Ensure accurate medical records for billing, auditing and compliance.
