Job summary

Hc, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility in New York, is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead facility operations and drive clinical, regulatory, and financial excellence.

The full-time LNHA will oversee daily operations, supervise department heads, ensure survey readiness, grow census, manage budgets, and promote resident safety and satisfaction while collaborating with leaders to advance quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
• Previous experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare operations.
• Proven leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial and operational management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success with survey outcomes, census development, and staff retention preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
