Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of leadership in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Compassionate, driven, resident-focused professional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure safety, efficiency and resident focus.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies to improve care quality and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor staff, fostering teamwork and excellence.
• Provide ongoing education and leadership development to management and staff.
• Recruit, hire and orient staff for facility programs.
• Manage budgets and financial performance with fiscal responsibility.
• Set financial and programmatic goals and evaluate achievement annually.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and community.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in resident care and operations.
• Guide policy/procedure implementation per regulatory guidelines.
