Full Spectrum Search Group is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for the Thousand Oaks area. This full-time SNF NHA role offers stability with a trusted operator and a salary range of 185k–190k, depending on experience.

The incumbent will lead clinical and operational teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality patient care. Qualified candidates will hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license and have 2+ years in long-term care leadership.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator License.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare administration — as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, senior living, memory care, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of all relevant regulations and policies.
• Excellent skills in communication, management, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all staff — including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
• Ensuring quality care for all patients and facilitating communication with their families
