JOB SUMMARY

Evergreen Healthcare Groupis currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the operations of one of our skilled nursing centers in the Olympia area. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Financial Management
• Quality Management
• Human Resource Management
• Physical Plant Management
• Marketing & Community Relations
• Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE

• Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator inWashington
• Preferred: Two years’ experience as an NHA
