Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth is seeking a Nursing Field Coordinator to coordinate field-based patient care in Home Health. The role focuses on meeting patient needs, documentation for clinical, regulatory and financial management, and collaboration with the Nursing department.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing, and pediatric experience is preferred. Texas RN licensure, CPR, PALS, and a Texas driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with 2-3 years' experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing.
