Job summary

Gannon University, through the Villa Maria School of Nursing, seeks a faculty member to teach in both undergraduate and graduate programs and to supervise clinical education. The appointee will contribute to scholarly activities under the Boyer model and advise students while engaging in service to the university and community.

The 9-month position supports inclusive mission and Catholic identity, with requirements for nursing licensure in PA and evidence of diverse teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain nursing licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to support and promote the University's inclusive Mission, its Catholic identity, and its liberal arts and professional education traditions.

Responsibilities

• Teach in undergraduate and graduate programs and clinical education as assigned.
• Engage in scholarly activities in keeping with the Boyer Model of Scholarship.
• Advise students and participate in service activities at the University and community.
