Job summary

West Coast University seeks a Nursing Faculty member to guide nursing students toward clinical excellence and patient care. You will participate in teaching, assessment, and curriculum improvement within a student-centered, innovative community.

You will mentor students, support their academic growth, and use diverse teaching methods, including simulation labs, to connect theory with practice. Strong RN background and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing and active nursing license.
• Minimum two years’ RN patient care experience and one year in teaching.
• Familiar with teaching methods and assessment activities.

Responsibilities

• Guide nursing students and provide academic support.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and learning processes.
• Apply teaching skills to scheduled courses and clinical settings.
• Participate in course/curriculum assessment and continuous improvement.
