The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in nursing at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Candidates with a special interest in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, cardiovascular or metabolic health, infectious disease prevention and management, or executive leadership are encouraged to apply.

Those with other interest areas will be considered.

Qualificações

• Earned doctorate (PhD or equivalent) in nursing or a related field.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly achievement and research productivity.
• Evidence of excellence in teaching, mentorship, and service.
• Eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Alabama is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and sustain a program of externally funded research.
• Teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Contribute to the advancement of the college through service and leadership.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote innovation in nursing science.
