Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Nursing Education.
• Three years of nursing work experience.
• Current unencumbered Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Two years of clinical experience in medical-surgical, mental health, maternal-newborn, or pediatric nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Teach ADN nursing courses across multiple campuses.
• Develop and revise syllabi and course materials to meet program objectives.
• Mentor students, advise on academics and clinical practice.
• Participate in curriculum development and program accreditation processes.
• Promote student retention and community engagement.
