Job summary

Ridgeview Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Cleburne, TX is seeking housekeepers to support daily operations of our facility. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, public areas, floors, and office space as directed by the Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, effective time management, and ability to work well with team members while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year’s work in a nursing center preferred.
• Ability to follow infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper protocols to clean resident rooms, restrooms, public areas, floors, and office space within the facility.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Work well with team members.
• Follow proper infection control protocols.
• Label or mark personal articles of clothing for laundry with identifying information.
• Record production and inventory information per facility policies.
• Attend department and staff meetings as directed or called.
• Perform tasks in daily work assignments; non-routine assignments as directed.
• Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
