Sequoia Living, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks individuals to perform general cleaning across residential units, a nursing facility, public areas, offices and common spaces to support residents daily.

Experience in housekeeping is highly desired. Mon - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with a focus on teamwork, tact with residents, and maintaining a fast-paced environment while delivering dependable service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is highly desired.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks across residential units, public areas and offices.
• Willingness to move and lift items as needed with coworker assistance.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in residential apartments, public areas, and offices; bathrooms and kitchens included.
• Operates buffing/shampooing equipment for floor care and maintenance.
• Cleans and inspects windows, furniture and laundry.
• Delivers laundry, packages and miscellaneous items to residents and departments.
• Prepares furniture placement, drapes and equipment for events.
• Lifts and carries furniture with coworker assistance as needed.
• Reports concerns regarding residents' status to the supervisor.
• Vacuum furniture, floors and drapes in various areas.
