Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in NM required.

• Five years in long-term or acute health care; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates total care plans for residents in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Communicates and interprets policies to nursing staff and monitors practices.
• Participates in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents before admissions.
• Participates in management team meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, or resident concerns.
