Job summary

Lifespan is seeking a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Education Manager who will design, deliver, and evaluate education across care continuum. This includes onboarding and ongoing professional development while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will foster nursing excellence and support continuous improvement while mentoring staff and collaborating with organizational leaders. This role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in applicable state(s) required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and evaluates educational programs.
• Collaborates with leaders to develop education.
• Provides coaching and mentoring for staff.
