Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Education Leader within the Nursing Student Placement organization. This role leads the design, implementation and evaluation of orientation and ongoing professional development programs to ensure high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a Master’s in Nursing and demonstrated experience in educational leadership, program development, and evaluation.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s in Nursing required for educator leadership role.
• Experience in leading educational initiatives for nursing staff is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team and manage programs.

• Supervises the team and HR-related functions for the department.
• Develops processes to analyze learning outcomes and disseminates results.
• Leads environmental scanning and implements change strategies.
• Demonstrates expert nursing education practice and advances scholarly work.
• Shows leadership by evaluating ROI and impact on patient outcomes.
• Synthesizes evidence to guide practice changes and disseminates findings.
• Assesses learning environments and supports smooth transitions to practice.
