Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services seeks a Nursing Education Specialist to join our nursing leadership team and advance professional education for staff. The NES will lead development of educational opportunities, support evidence-based practice, and promote safe, high-quality patient care across units.

The role emphasizes collaboration, curriculum development, and mastery of adult learning principles, with a focus on perioperative education within Methodist Hospital’s team.

Qualifications

• Master’s in nursing, health sciences, or education (complete or enrolled).
• Bachelor’s degree for hires prior to 4/2025
• Associates degree for Regions Hospital hires prior to 6/2021
• Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical specialty area.
• Experience in leadership roles, research utilization, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Current Minnesota Nursing License and CPR (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
