Qualifications

• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Earned doctoral degree (PhD, DNP, EdD, or related field) preferred; doctorate required within an established timeframe if not currently completed.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for all academic operations of the nursing college.
• Represents the college with accrediting agencies and ensures accreditation compliance.
• Oversees curriculum development, program evaluation, and student outcomes.
• Supervises faculty, staff, and academic operations; leads faculty development and performance reviews.
• Manages academic scheduling, catalog revisions, and policy implementation.
• Supports budget planning and resource management for academic operations.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with ACEN, MSCHE, NYSED and related standards.
• Promotes student success initiatives and a student-centered learning environment.
